Filomena Croce is an Italian singer-songwriter. Master of Music graduate in Jazz & Pop Voice at ArtEZ Conservatorium Zwolle, The Netherlands, Filomena performs with various duos and bands around the world in well known theaters and clubs such as the Ariston Theater in Sanremo, Italy; Beco das Garrafas in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; the Royal Festival Hall and King's Place in London; 38riv in Paris, France; Doberman in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; and at Festivals such as the London Jazz Festival in the United Kingdom; the Bremer Karneval in Germany and Tomorrowland in Belgium. The online streaming of her orchestral performance of the Symphony of Unity at Tomorrowland Belgium has been watched by a million people in less than 24 hours. In 2017 Filomena was chosen to represent ArtEZ Conservatorium at the leading Dutch Jazz network event, the InJazz Festival at Theater Walhalla in Rotterdam; in 2018 she represented The Netherlands at the Eurovox, the biggest congress for singers and voice teachers in Europe; and in 2019 she performed with multiple Grammy Award - winning orchestra, the Metropole Orkest at the Ziggo Dome Arena in Amsterdam supporting EDM legends Tiesto, Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Armin van Buuren, GOOSE, Netsky, The Bloody Beetroots, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Push as part of the ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event). During the show "Our Story - 15 years of Tomorrowland", Filomena has sung in front of 17000 people each evening.
Filomena participated in the 2020 edition of the London Jazz Festival, winner of the Innovation Award 2021 of the prestigious JazzFM Awards, as part of the Orphy Robinson's Virtual Jazz Club Band.
Her first album Love Will Come Back has been released in April 2022.
Her first single Goodbye My Love has been included in the compilation to raise funds for the victims of the war in Ukraine, Додому V, and it has been followed by the singles Love Will Come Back and I've Been Waiting For You.
In July 2022, Filomena flew to Toronto, Canada, to work with Award-winning producer Roy Hamilton lll, who has previously worked with Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, NSYNC, Joe and others, and is the grandson of Georgia Music Hall of Fame singer Roy Hamilton. Their song, Renaissance, has been released in February 2023 and its video has been showcased online at the IMX - International Music Expo Shanghai, China, in November.
Also in February 2023, she has released the single Shiva in collaboration with Australian musician and producer Steven North.
Filomena has been a vocal teacher at the Stedelijk Conservatorium Brugge, Belgium, in 2019; has given numerous online workshops including the "Introduction to Vocal Painting" workshop for the students of the Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory in Kathmandu, Nepal, in 2021; and has opened her own music school, FC Music School in Rotterdam in 2018.
Filomena is a former member of the Dutch vocal group Voisz Vocal Projects.
